Any item that damaged in shipping will be replaced by the artist at no cost and all shipping costs will be covered.

If you are unsatisfied with your art, please contact me within 30 days of purchase so we can resolve your dissatisfaction. I want my customers to be happy with their purchases and would love to work with you to replace or refund the item.

For custom orders on mosaics, we will be in contact during the design and construction process so that changes can be made to your liking. Sales are final at the time of delivery unless the art was damaged en route, in which case a refund will be issued.
